Zone 7 Winter Squash -- too late to plant??

Hello all,

I have most of my winter squash up and running. I have a really sunny spot that DH has put a nice new raised bed to which he attached a 16 foot cattle panel for trellis. Is it too late in Central Virginia to plant winter squash with a 90-100 maturity date?? I've never planted winter this late. If anyone here has done this please report if you have a good harvest of squash. Thanks!!

Here in NE Oklahoma we could squeeze them in still.

Thanks George! I did go ahead and plant so heres hoping for a late, late first frost!
