Carriage Pumpkins

My wife is growing Carriage Pumpkins. Having problems. Originally had six hills, now down to one, planted with seeds from Burpee. Has sprayed for squash bugs, Neem oil. Also feeds all these (including squash and cantelope) with Alaska Morbloom 0-10-10.

As soon as the temp goes over 80 degrees the Carriage Pumpkins completely wilt, then firm up after sunset.

This pic,
1) honeyBoat squash - in the back, in front of the corn
2) One carriage pumpkin hill in front of the Honeyboat squash, to the right of the sprinkler
3) Cantelope in front, bottom of the pic.

This pic, just the carriage pumpkins, very weak.

What's going on, why so much trouble with the Carriage Pumpkins?
