Can I Freeze...?

Hello!
A couple of my squash plants seem to be attracting bees galore, and a couple of others - not so much. I went to go manually pollinate the few that aren't producing and I found 4 male flowers open, and 2 female flowers a few days away from being open. [Don't think the male flowers will last that long.] Can I freeze the male squash flowers and then thaw them out when the female flowers open? [Or is this the stupidest question ever? I'm new to gardening, so pardon me if it is!] Are there other ways I can save the pollen?
Thank you!
