First time growing pumpkins - Help! (photo)

Hello,
I set out "Small Sugar" and "Jack O'Lantern" in April. They're already turning yellow. Photo below. When do I harvest? This is my first attempt at pumpkins and I'm sure I planted too early. Thanks for all info. rosebush
