Bacterial Wilt?

I did the test for wilt, but didn't find any stringy substance. Is it probably a false negative, or does it look like I'm still stuck with an infection here?

While we're at it, there is this other weed that keeps growing near my pumpkins, and despite it seems common I'm just not sure what it is called. Any ideas?
