Get a bottle of Lysol Liquid Concentrate--it should say 'concentrate' on the bottle. Take the bottle and pour it onto the ground under the deck, if you can see a burrough entrance then spill some into the borrough too. The skunks should take off and not return, they don't like that scent.

I had a problem with a BIG skunk living under our back bungalo when we lived upstate, he hibernated under the bungalo each winter and in the spring the bungalo would reek. One of our neighbors suggested we try the lysol concentrate and it worked like a charm, he left and he didn't come back.
