| If you podge the inside of a gourd is that considered a "safe" interior for cold food items such as fruits, veggies, or nuts?

| That probably depends on the product you are using. We use a brush-on polyurethane product. Read your label, it will probaly tell you whether it will be a food-safe product. Jan |

| Thanks Jan. Unfortunately, it really doesn't tell me too much other than it's a non toxic waterbase sealer glue but it really doesn't say "food safe". I suppose if I check with the manufacturer on-line I might find this info. Sandy |
