I have been fertalizing my gourds with fish emulsion and I do already have quite a few gourds on the vines. I have also cut the vines back quite a few times to be able to have bigger gourds plus they were running out to far into the yard. I have not been able to find any nitrogen free fertalizer in my area, I do have some 10-10-10 fert...Should I use that ? Or what should I do? It is impossible for me to walk into the area..only able to walk the outside. I am lucky enough to have attchment on my hose that I can reach under plants to water them-Thanks--NH
