I wish someone more knowledgeable than I would respond to your query, but what you describe sounds like an awful lot of fertilizer to me.

I'm not an expert, but the coloration of the leaves looks like your plants need fertilizer desperately. That might mean that you're giving them the wrong fertilizer, or not enough fertilizer, or applying the fertilizer wrong (sometimes that happens).

Or it might be that the pH of the soil is preventing the plant from taking advantage of all that fertilizer.

It also looks to me as if the vines desperately need water.

And I wonder how closely you planted them. If you drew a square or triangle from one planting hole to another, what size would it be?

But then again, there's that one dark green plant/stem at the top of your final photo. It looks perfectly happy and healthy. What's different about where it's planted and how you've been treating it?

That last photo looks like they're planted in a hole in an old asphalt driveway....

Now the season is done, but for next year you should know, that you had the false fertilizer. Cucurbitaceae do not like so much mineral nitrogen. With too much N all the time but not enough potassium you cultivated alternaria blight.
Alternaria fungi now are in your dirt, and so you should use fulvic acids next year instead of compost. You might have imported alternaria with compost this year.
Add some fine charcoal to the soil and a vegetable fertilizer 1-1-8+Ca+S, which means gypsum in a allround fertilizer for vegetable that needs so much potassium. You should know, if your plants need magnesium too. But your pictures show that there is less chlorophyll built up, and so I think a fertilizer with magnesium is needed too. But do not use just epsom salt with too much chlorine! Pumpkins and squash do not like that salinity. Better buy magnesium citrate.
I think, that your pictures show a big lack of Mg.
Magnesium in needed in the centre of chlorophyll!
