Three little beauties

I grew these little bad boys this year. It only took about 2 months for them to dry because the walls were very thin. But I cleaned them up, hollowed them out, and found they made some excellent vases. Now my mother's friends all have requests in.

Looked nice.

I have grown those for years. But Never to get them MATUREed in 2 months. I used to garden in Atl, GA area then.

Thin wall means , perhaps, you harvested them before maturity. I woud harvest when the vine dies . Then I would let them cure for couple of months. I have made many artifacts from them, including couple of musical instruments(from Swan gourds)
