Pumpkins, Squash & Gourds

What is this squash? Please help

Hi. Newbie here. I planted watermelon and generic squash seeds (the name they sold it by is just "squash") and I have been having problems with the small fruit keeps falling off. Recently (this week), I have discovered some beetle like bugs on the flowers and underneath its leaves. Please help

those are cucumber beetles. They love the flowers. I have lots of them too. I hate spraying chemicals, but I might have to get them under control, as I don't seem to have any natural predators that are controlling them.
