Looks like it needs some nitrogen rich fertilizer to me. Planted in a planter that stands to reason... there are special fertilizing regimines needed for growing in containers. How big is the planter? Pumpkins need a very big one for sure! And how much sun is it getting?

Nearly every problem here seems to come with Alternaria blight.
Trash theese plants. With nitrogen you only kill them faster.
Do never use homemade compost, which is not sterilized!
For professional propagation I only use fermented coconut fiber and 8-12-24+Ca,Mg, S and all trace elements.

Thank you for your input! The planter was pretty big, I had 3 pants each about 13 inches apart. The planter received about 4-7 hours of sunlight depending on the weather. Lately it tends to turn gray and rain for a few hours. I didn't use any fertilizer and I used organic potting soil.

I would like to give the Wee B Littles another try, any suggestions for starting over with a new plant?

I disagree, this looks exactly what my plants looked like when they overgrew their containers, and Alternaria Blight, which AFAIK is not common among pumpkins, is spots, not leaf edge necrosis.
