| Why did this Big Max turn green with orange spots?
Not enough sun? It doesn't seem to be rotting. It'll make an interesting jack-o-lantern though. |

| But the other pumpkins went from pale yellow straight to orange. This guy has been green for several weeks. There's never a dull moment when growing pumpkins. |

| Maxima pumpkins like that are sometimes green. In the competitive pumpkin growing world they call them greenies or squash. I don't expect it to ever turn orange. It is nothing you did it is the genetics of the plant. |
