Squashes: Most & Least Susceptible

I'm just starting to harvest my winter squashes. I planted a late round of summer squashes too which seems to be doing better with bug issues. I was wondering which winter squashes are the most susceptible to cucumber beetle, squash vine borer and squash bug damage? Which are the least?

The same with question with summer squashes. Which summer squashes are the most susceptible to cucumber beetle, squash vine borer and squash bug damage? Which are the least?

The C. moschata group is the least susceptible to SVB. C. maxima probably the more suceptible, but it is more or less a tossup with C. pepo. As far as summer squashes go, the Trombocino ( a butternut type used a zucchini substitute) and Cucuzzi (Lagenaria siceria) a bottle gourd used as a zuke substitute are the most SVB resistant. No problem controlling cuke beetles and squash bugs so I can't answer that.
