preserving male flowers until you have female ones

I have always had a big problem with not having open male flowers when my female flowers are open or the other way around. This year i picked a few of my maleflowers each timethey opened, put them in a zip lock bag and stuck them in the fridgerator. The blossems keep for a week and you can still use them to pollunate the females when they open.

I don't have this case. My male flowers always open in the morning, and they are more than female. I always pick the male down, and tear off the petals, and feed the pollen to female :)
