What is on my pumpkins??

I live in Oklahoma. My pumpkins (Big Max variety) seemed to be doing great until about two weeks ago. Leaves started to look droopy, which I attributed to very hot days, although I was watering them every other day for a couple hours each time. I noticed a couple days ago that there are yellow eggs of some sort all over the under sides of the leaves. What are they?

Those look like aphids to me. The link below has tips on how to deal with them.
