| I'm looking for varieties of winter squash or pumpkins to produce as much edible seed as possible. What varieties are best for this? Thanks! |

| There are pumpkins grown specifically for the seeds. Look for 'hulless' or 'naked seeded' varieties. 'Lady Godiva' is one such variety. |
