Name that pumpkin/gourd

Can anyone identify the variety of this bad boy? It's about 14 inches high.


It sprang forth from my compost pile, and I don't remember planting it, though it's possible that I did and forgot about it. There are about a dozen or so of them, though the rest are all still green, in late October.
