Pumpkins, Squash & Gourds

1st gourd crop help

Im into pyroengraving and carving on gourds so decided to grow my own this year. Not very good weather here (way too dry!!) until about end of July so didnt get too many. Should I dry them out in my garage (no heat) or should I put them in the crawl space under my house? Any ideas would be great! Thanks a bunch!!

In the garage would be better than the crawl space, or outside the garage might be best. Ours are on steel fence panels that are held above the ground by concrete blocks.
