Squash Soup!

So I have these ginormous pink banana squash and a big party this weekend. Anyone have a spectacular soup recipe for me? I have 2 people with gluten intolerance but if your recipe has some in I am pretty good at substitutes.

Alton Brown has a good recipe for Squash Soup. He calls for Butternut, but you can substitute other winter squash.

The thing I like most about his recipe is it's not especially sweet. (Of course this does depend on how sweet the squash you use is. Adjust the honey listed in the recipe to taste.)
