Pumpkin Plant Dying-Help!

So my pumpkin plants are 57 days old and are only 6 feet long with no secondary vines. They are Burpee's early sweet pie pumpkin variety. One of them has a female bud with a pumpkin the size of a dime. It has been a week and it still hasn't bloomed. Also, it seems that only 1 flower is blooming every other day, is this normal?

(I put powder on it for pests)

Is it an aphid problem?
