Hi,

I was storing my birdhouse and dipper gourds on our big covered front porch, on a wrought-iron table that has an iron mesh top........for good ventilation. I didn't cover the gourds when a snowstorm was coming because I thought they were far enough away from the porch's edge.....but the wind blew snow all over the gourds. Should I just leave it, or should I wipe each gourd off and either cover them during snows or move them to a fairly warm basement? Thanks.
