Hi there - I am wondering if I can still fast-dry some gourdsor if it is too late. What do you think? They are outside, under cover of snow, at present but I can bring them in - I still would like to try the rotting and hole drilling.

Thanks for the advice.

Hi Rita,
Don't think that will be a problem. You may have to keep them inside for a while to thaw and of course you will have to keep them somewhere warm enough for the bacteria to work. They may have already started to dry/cure in which case the shells may already have some stains, but water treating them now will prevent more stains from developing. I still have a mess outside that are still green and plan on the water treatment with them as soon as I have the time. Good luck and let me know how you make out.
