Can anyone please help me. One of the vines on my plant seems to be going yellow at the top. I have enclosed some photos and would really appreciate any ideas.

It looks very much like it has been exposed to a small overspray of herbicide such as Roundup. Based on my own experience, it should eventually shrug it off, recover, and continue on its way. But it could be any number of other things, I'm just saying that's what it looks like to me. Very much as a matter of fact.

I completely agree with what was said above. Practically a textbook photo of herbicide damage.
