WANTED: Sugar cane

Posted by dlingy PA (My Page) on

Hello, I would like some sugar cane if anyone has any, especially the purple variety. I have tangerine(citrus) plants that are a couple years old and will produce true fruit. Thanks

RE: WANTED: Sugar cane

I grow several varieties of sugarcane as a hobbyist. Some of it is purple chewing cane.

Would you like to trade?

RE: WANTED: Sugar cane

Maybe. Is your tangerine a seedless variety or a seedling itself ?
I have sugarcane stalks or cuttings thereof which root and sprout easily--like grass which it is, technically.
