Christina, Wow! The sky is the limit. I'm sure you will get lots of responses on this post with people's favorites. There are so many different grasses that you can grow in your area. My suggestion would be to do a image search based on the suggestions you recieve or ... go to your local library & check out a book on Ornamental Grasses. That way you can have a good look at the pictures and pick one that YOU really like.
