| it will be in the 60s in the next ten days with maybe one day below 32 - can I transplant my grasses this week? Thanks

| Late winter/early spring for transplanting cool season grasses. If you plan to divide the clumps down pretty hard, you may want to wait a bit yet. But, you aren't going to lose fescue clumps in zone 7b :) |
