what type of grass is this and what does it need?

| This plant doesn't look so hot either. Could someone please tell me what it is and does it need to be pruned or fed? Thanks!

| blue fescue or blue oat grass, probably the latter and it looks great. i wouldn't do a thing. |

| Blue oat grass. This is naturally what ornamental grasses do in colder temps, nothing to worry about. It will get new growth soon. Jen |
