I ordered three ornamental grass "divisions" each about 4-6" from Robyns Gardens online. I should have stated that they should be shipped early to mid-May but I didn't and they sent them mid March. I sent several emails to the seller asking what I should do since there was a foot of snow on the ground at the time. They never responded so I put each of them in a pot near a sunny window. They seem to be doing fine, each one sprouting green leaves. Does anyone know how soon I can put them in the ground or what other method I should use to keep them alive? The three are: Miscanthus Giganteus, Miscanthus Huron Sunrise, and Panicum Dallas Blues. I would appreciate any input provided.
