Miscanthus 'Gracillimus'

New to Australia and living on the Gold Coast. I would like to buy some Miscanthus 'Gracillimus' I have tried all the garden centres within my region and have looked online but without success. Can anyone tell me if these grasses are considered a weed in Queensland and if not can someone point me in the right direction to where I might be able to buy or order some?
I only need three and would prefer them in very small pots, much easier to plant now I'm older!
P.S. what climate zone is South East Queensland?
