Miscanthus Silverfeather not growing evenly

I planted 4 Silverfeather's last year, 2 are growing fine, 2 other's are growing on one side, and not in the middle. Right now the part that's growing stand's at about 12 inches. Is there anything I can do to fix this . I don't want uneven grasses .I thought about cutting them back again, but I don't want square tips. I originallly cut them back to about 6 inches 2 months ago. If anyone has any suggestion's, It would be greatly appreciated.

Still warming in zone 6. You should see more growth push from them (especially from this pretty hardy miscanthus variety). This is assuming they were well established going into winter.

This is a fairly large, arching, free-form miscanthus - you shouldn't see any 'uneveness' as it fills out this spring/summer.
