Pampas Grass is it DEAD?

Hi: I have several pampas grasses. I cut them all back at the same time at the same height however all but 2 are sprouting new growth. Are they dead or just really late bloomers? The new growth starting appearing about 1 month ago on the others. We had a very late start for warm weather here in Maryland. Its just now staying in the 80's. Im wondering if I should go ahead and dig them up or wait another month? Is there a difference in blooming time between the pink grass and white ones? I think these both may be pink.

I'd give them more time, unless you need their spots for something else.

I can't tell you about start times between pink and white.
