Those are Miscanthus grasses. Look slike Miscanthus Variegatus and Miscanthus Gracillimus, but could be one of many variegated Miscanthus and one of many maiden grass Miscanthus. Those grasses only have spring growth going now in Atlanta and could wind up much taller than the height you are looking for.

Based on the grasses pictured, I'd recommend Miscanthus Adagio and Miscanthus Rigoletto. Both are compact Miscnathus varieties.

The two grasses you pictured look to me like Morning Light and Gracillimus

I don't think the one is Variegatus as the leaves on Variegatus are wider.

But as Grass Guy (who kows much more about grass than I), says, they could be any of a number of variegated varieties.

But Morning Light and Gracillimus are common.

Morning Light will get about 4-5 feet.

And as Grass Guy says, Adagio, and Rigoletto are fabulous smaller grasses.

I have to disagree. Way too wide for a maiden grass and the variegation is not right. Morning Light looks very silvery-white with very narrow white edging.
