melinus nerviglumis 'savannah'

Hello, does anyone know if you can save the seed from Melinus nerviglumis 'savannah' and sow it the following year?

I saved some from last year and it has sprouted but I cannot recall the seedlings looking so 'grassy'. If I remember correctly, they didn't look this way.

I want to plant them in a sort of prominant spot and don't wish to have any surprises.

Eileen, How are the Melinus seedlings coming along?

I'm not sure that you can save and sow Melinus or not...also not sure if it will come up 'Savannah'.
