Saccharum (Erianthus) ravennae question

Now that I have no more miscanthus (previous thread 'digging big mounds of miscanthus'), I miss having a grass on my 'wild' mound, where a lot of stuff is packed in, including early bulbs, lillies, alliums, coneflowers, phlox paniculatas, monarda, goldenrod, asters, and more. The winter interest was always the grass. I've now planted 3 tall narrow evergreens for winter interest. It would be great though, to have a giant plume at the back of it all.....

I saw at Agway today the Saccharum. It beckons....

Can you guys give me a difficulty rating of 1-10 of how difficult it is to dig and divide this grass, compared to the Miscanthus sinensis 'Adagio'? I'm a 56 yr. old female, in good shape, and used to digging things regularly. The miscanthus was a 12 in difficulty for me! I read differing opinions on the web..naturally... ;-/

Maybe I should throw some caster bean seeds there instead...lol.
