Is this a og volunteer? (Pic)

Hi,

I have this pretty purple fountain grass and I know they have a very, very, very low germination rate, but I found this little clump behind it and I keep looking at it hoping anyway. I have a very weedy yard, so it really could be anything, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. So, here I go, what do you think this is...

Thanks!

Certainly could be a weed...it's clumping tho'...not torpedo grass or goose grass I don't think, but lots of other grass-like weeds it could be.

It's not a seedling of the pennisetum. If you planted those PFG clumps from a nursery container, could be a tag-along of another variety (calamagrostis?).

Likely just a weed to pull.
