So I thought I'd post some photos of my grass bed. It's a work in progress but here goes.

The full hedge bed taken from behind. The upper part is new this year and the lower will eventually grow outward to the right along the back of my property line.

{{gwi:191603}}
The lower section taken from the front. Miscanthus "Purpensence, Varigatus, and Zebrinus" fronted by Pennesetum alopecuroides

{{gwi:860511}}
New section of the hedge bed. New Varrigatus as well as Calimagrostis "avalanche"

{{gwi:191604}}
Miscanthus "Gracillimus" and Northern Sea Oats, with Happy Retuens. Nice combo.

{{gwi:191605}}

Miscanthus "Morning Light" with Calimagrostis "Overdam". Last year the Morning Light foliage was almost 6 feet tall !! Does great in this location for some reason. wish I had taken this two weeks ago before i gave the May Night Salvia to the left a haircut. It was spectacular !

and finally... the guardian of the grasses...Smokey...

Hope you enjoy !

    I must say that I too am impressed with B57's success in his diaplays.

    I need to get more energy so that my beds would look this appealing.

    Great to see another person having success and a good time growing grasses.

    Blackie...try PhotoBucket.com. It's free for a limited number of pics (I have 114 on it right now), and they encourage forum posting, by providing tags for HTML and other formats, for each pic, so all you have to do is copy the tag, and paste it into a post.
