Small fescues, are there more?

I have 'Elijah Blue' and shovel pruned 'Boulder Blue' for seeding all over. I have a NOID that is the same size and habit as 'Elijah Blue' but is much greener in color though still sort of blue. I had 'Golden Toupee' but all three died no matter where I have planted them. They didn't stay chartreuse either. Are there others? I really love my NOID and 'Elijah Blue' such cute little clumps that look great year 'round with very little care. I haven't seen 'Golden Toupee' again to try it again.

I love the fact Festuca seeds so freely. I bought a packet of seeds 7 years ago, and haven't had to buy any since. I collect seed and let some self-sow, and then select from the seedlings for characteristics I like. I've got a few plants which are more perfectly blue than any of the named cultivars, and others which have either finer or coarser foliage. I pop out plants when they reach 3 years old and replace them with yearlings.
