Whats this grass

I'm trying again as my picture didn't work in previous post.
does anyone know the name of this grass? Its betwen 4 and 5 feet tall. When it blooms it gets white feathery plumes.

Those are cone flowers in front to give you an idea of size.

Looks like my variegated japanese silver grass, Miscanthus.

I'd say it's a Miscanthus as well, and except for the description of the plume, I would have guessed Miscanthus sinensis var. condensatus 'Cosmopolitan.'

Google that, and see if it matches your plant.
