Cheap Source for Hardy Sugar Cane

I am interested in growing this along a fence line that is about 30 feet long. I saw it at plant delights, but at $20 a plant it would be a little expensive for my budget.

Does anyone know where I can get some of this stuff cheap, From what I hear it spreads fast so it should be fairly cheap I would guess.

Thanks

RE: Cheap Source for Hardy Sugar Cane

Niche Gardens offers this in gallons. They're in NC, so not too far away for shipping or pickup.

Might not be much different from Plant Delights pricing and probably a pretty similar sized plant....a trade gallon vs a 3 qt.

You may not need many of them to get going though. You may have to watch out for them self seeding in SC.

Here is a link that might be useful: Hardy Sugar Cane
