Ornamental Grass

Grass won't bloom. HELP!

I purchased a pot of fountian grass 3 years ago, it was blooming, little fuzzy pink catapillars. However the next two years it did not bloom. It gets afternoon sun and water as needed. Any ideas out there about why it no longer blooms. It is about 8-10 inches in diameter.

april..all I can think of is not enough sun. I have several different kinds of Fountain Grass, and only 'Karley Rose' is starting to bloom now.

Do you know which variety it is?
