Need medium height grasses to border wall

I am looking for two varieties of perennial ornamental grasses to follow a garden wall in my yard. I have a strip of 32 feet in which to plant. I want grasses no higher than 4' at maturity. This garden wall encircles our above ground pool and defines our playground area. I need to be able to see over or through these grasses. Got any ideas?

There are literally hundreds of grasses which fit your description. You need to get an idea of the form (erect, fountain, etc) and colors or variegations you're interested in.

The link below is to a comparison chart for ornamental grasses, listing heights of both foliage and blooms, and forms, colors, cultural requirements, etc..

Here is a link that might be useful: Bluestem Ornamental Grass Chart
