 o
Miscanthus 'Adagio' blooming..

My four Adagio have started blooming. I know they bloomed earlier than my other grasses(Miscanthus) last year, but I was thinking it was late August when they bloomed...this is their third year..Is this typical? Is anyone else's blooming now? They were marked 'Adagio' and they look just like the ones on the amberwaves website, so I'm assuming that they are 'Adagio'....thanx

Also, does anyone grow Pennisetum Orientale 'Tall Tales'?..I planted 4 this Spring, so they are pretty small.... maybe 1' across x 3' tall..they have been blooming for 3 weeks and put out another bloom or two every week... even tho they are babies..they grow like a weed..I'm really liking them and was wondering about other's experience with them...thanx

My 'Adagio' isn't blooming yet but ,'Malepartus' has already started for me. I'm about 20 miles west of Nashville, TN.
