| Can you please help me out with some basic info on this grass?
I cant seem to find details on my initial google..... Which zone does it grow in, how tall does it get etc.? Thank you for your time. :-) |

| You'll have better luck if you Google Melinis nerviglumis 'Savannah' AKA Ruby Grass or Pink Paint Brush Grass. It's hardy in zones 8-10. Very flashy. I've grown it as an annual, but it doesn't survive my warm zone 7 winters. |

| I grow Ruby Grass and it is a perennial here in south Texas. The blooms are beautiful and the plant is a nice green. They are available at garden centers here so that's where I purchased mine. I've been unsuccessful at starting them from collected seed the last two years while friend who gardens in a different part of town finds new plants have freely seeded all over the place every spring. |
