Juncus effusus is interesting, but may need very wet circumstances to survive your heat. If can get away with it, there are some running Bamboos in your size range, including Pleioblastus viridistriatus 'Chrysophyllus' and Pleioblastus shibuyanus ‘Tsuboi.’ |
