Pennisetum Hameln.
" Oriental "Tall Tails"
" setaceum Rubrum

If so, has anyone have some?

'Hameln' doesn't, but you can buy 'Tall Tails' seed from Jelitto, linked below, and they have a version of P.s. rubrum called 'Rueppelii.'

I always thought that P. rueppelii was a synonym for P. setaceum. Is this something new or just a mixed up name?

You may be right, A. Jelitto lists it as Pennisetum setaceum (Rueppeli), so it may be a synonym. Half of the Google hits are in German, so there isn't much for me to read about it.
