Prairie Nursery

In March 2006 I ordered roughly $200.00 worth of similar oramental grasses from Prairie Nursery and from Santa Rosa Gardens, and planted them on the same bank.
The Santa Rosa plants have done super. Frankly, far better than expected. Almost half the plants from the Prairie Nursery have not germinated. Still sitting in the ground.
I have written a letter to Mr. Neil Diboli, President, Prairie Nursery, concerning my dissatisfaction with his product. I have not heard one word from him.
Is this typical of Prairie Nursery products? What would you recommend I do next?

They have a score of 57 out of 100 at Garden Watchdog.

Here is a link that might be useful: Garden Watchdog

I won't order from PN anytime soon, myself. What I got was pathetic. My wife laughed. Of course, their literature says the plants just haven't woken up yet! Huh?? Regardless, none of the six bottlebrush grasses emerged....NONE!!
