| Can anyone tell me what this is (the red grass)? I have no clue when it comes to growing things! It belongs to my neighbor, and I love it.

| It looks like an Amaranthus which would be an annual in your area. It is not a grass. There are many to choose from. They are easily grown from seeds. |
