Ornamental Grasses & Spider Mites??

Hi Folks,
I want to plant some ornamental grasses around my east facing front porch but if there is a spider mite around, it will come to my yard and bring lots of friends!
Are spider mites a problem with any of the grasses?
Thanks
Nellie

RE: Ornamental Grasses & Spider Mites??

I've not had that problem with my grasses, at least, to where I notice it. I did have infestations on vines that I planted in a couple spots that were evidently too protected. (dead air) It was bad and a constant battle, with me losing. So now that I don't plant in those dead air spots, I don't notice them or their damage. Hope this helps some.
