Japanese forest grass question

Is there a way to buy bigger Japanese forest grass (aureola)? I got some this year but it was so tiny and I just found out that it will take five years to be where I want it. It's going to take forever for me to get my yard exactly where I want it because I want to have a lot of this grass around my property. But, like I said, I don't want to it take forever.

I've seen 5 and 10 gallon mature Hakone grasses at local nurseries, but they are rare and expensive. You might ask a local nursery if they can special order them for you.

Thanks for the info. I'll look around come spring. I just didn't want to do it if it was pointless. I'm new to all of this.

Perhaps put 2 or more small ones together?
